What is the cheapest way to travel between Germany, France and Spain?

I want to travel in Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Marseille, Barcelona, and Madrid. The modes of travel I found were either Eurail Pass or Ryan Air. Ryan air however doesnt land at Marseille.
