Easy. It unique, it screams different, dangerous, risk taker and etc. A swash buckling girl pirate with an eye patch. Yes, it can easily be found sexy.
Well I am not that old and I lost an eye to cancer just after Christmas. I wore an eye patch until I could have a new acrylic eye made. They are uncomfortable and not at all sexy in my opinion.
But each to their own.

It depends what you’re talking about. Are you talking stereotypical pirate eye patches or medical ones? There are different types of medical ones for different problems–I had a scratch on my eye and had to wear one that looked like a band-aid for one night so that I couldn’t blink and irritate my eye more.
If you mean a pirate type of eye patch, then sure–lots of people “roleplay” and have roleplaying fantasies that involve pirates/other characters who would wear an eye patch. But, it would probably go along with a complete costume.
if I was a guy, and she was wearing a sexy pirate costume with it, then yes, I think.
In my experience, a person becomes sexy to me after i have fallen in love with them, even if they really aren’t.
If I were a guy, I hope she has a killer personality.
