Can a really short girl look sexy instead of just cute?

I’m a very short young adult (4″11), with an hourglass figure and long hair. I like to wear heels and elegant dresses, but it still seems that most people find shorter girls simply “cute” but never “sexy”. I know it’s all in the way I person carries themselves, but is there anything else that could help out?

lose a little weight, and put on slutty make up and wear revealing clothing. you should keep the heels.

Its all depend on you if wants to look SEXY you have to dressed up like that ..its doesn’t depend on taller or short …it just depend on the way you dressing up yourself.

I don’t know how old you are but I am 16 and 4′10 and I have exactly the same problem. Guy friends all tell me I look cute, but nobody ever seems to think I’m attractive. I fall into the ‘friend zone’.
